Can't get past the sign-in screen? First confirm you're using the email your account was invited under, since invitations are tied to a specific address. Use the 'Forgot password' link to reset if you need to. The email lands within a couple of minutes, so check spam before trying again.
Locked out by two-factor
If you've lost the phone with your authenticator, sign in with one of the backup codes you saved when you turned on 2FA. Each code works once. If you're out of those too, any Admin on your account can reset 2FA for you from Settings → Team. On an account with no reachable admin, contact support to verify ownership and get back in.
