Alerts and notifications aren't arriving

If alerts aren't reaching you, check three things in order: that the alert is actually set up under Settings → Alerts, that you're listed as a recipient, and that the threshold sits where you expect. An alert with no recipients fires silently.

Push and email delivery

For missing push notifications, make sure notifications are enabled for Nautilus in your device settings, since a denied permission blocks them outright. Missing emails are usually filtered, so add no-reply@nautilusinventory.com to your contacts and check spam. Predictive Alerts stay quiet on brand-new SKUs until there's enough movement history to forecast against.
