A number that doesn't match the shelf almost always traces back to a missed or doubled scan rather than a system error. Open the product's activity log and walk the recent entries. You'll usually spot the relocate that wasn't finished or the receive that got entered twice.
Setting it right
Once you've found the cause, use the Adjust action with the matching reason code to bring the digital count back in line, or run a quick cycle count of just that location. The Reconciliation screen then confirms the fix. If discrepancies keep clustering in one area, AI-prioritized cycle counting will start surfacing those locations first.
