Configuringsections,bays,andlevels
Your warehouse structure has three tiers: Sections are the top level (e.g., 'A', 'B', 'Receiving'). Bays are shelving units within a section. Levels are individual shelves within a bay.
Naming conventions
We recommend a consistent format like A-01-3 (Section A, Bay 01, Level 3). This maps cleanly to barcode labels and is easy for staff to locate physically.
You can print location barcode labels directly from the Locations page — select the locations you need and tap 'Print Labels'.
