Nautilus runs on the phones and tablets your team already carries. Download Nautilus from the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android, then sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.

Device requirements

Scanning needs a rear camera and runs on iOS 15 or later and Android 10 or later. Any mid-range phone from the last few years handles it comfortably, and there's no dedicated scanner hardware to buy or pair.

Signing in carries your role and warehouse access over for you. Staff land on the scan screen, while admins and managers see the full dashboard. If your company requires two-factor authentication, you'll confirm it once on each new device.
