Cancellation and refunds

Cancel under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your account stays fully active through the end of the cycle you've already paid for. After that date it closes and platform access ends.

We hold your data for 90 days after cancellation, so reactivating within that window picks up right where you left off. Annual plans qualify for a refund within the first 30 days of the term. Email billing@nautilusinventory.com and we'll take care of it.
