Update the card on file under Settings → Billing → Payment Method. Enter the new card and save it, and Nautilus uses it for the next charge. The change doesn't trigger an immediate payment, and your billing date stays the same.
If a renewal payment fails, Nautilus retries it over the next few days and emails the account's billing contact each time. Your warehouse keeps running during that window. Switching to a working card clears the past-due balance on the following retry. For receipts or invoices, billing@nautilusinventory.com can send copies for any period.
