Managing team roles

Manage who can do what from Settings → Team. Click any member to switch their role among Admin, Manager, and Staff. The change applies the next time that person opens the app.

You can also deactivate a member, which keeps their past activity intact while blocking new sign-ins, or remove them outright. One rule holds on every account: at least one Admin has to remain, so you can't lock yourself out.
