Change plans under Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Pick the plan you want and confirm. Moving from Pro to Enterprise takes effect right away, and you're charged only the prorated difference for the rest of the current cycle. A downgrade waits until your next billing period starts, so you keep what you've already paid for.
When you move up to Enterprise, the extras switch on as part of onboarding: Spatial Intelligence, multi-warehouse orchestration, full API access, and SSO/SAML. Your data, warehouse setup, and team carry over exactly as they were. Nothing is reset or re-imported.
