To move stock from one spot to another, set your scan action to Relocate. Scan the product, scan the location you're taking it from, enter the quantity (or choose 'all'), then scan the destination. That's the whole sequence.

Both locations update the moment you finish. The activity log records who moved the product, how much, and between which locations, so there's always a clear trail if a number looks off later.
