Scanning & Inventory
When you have a lot of records to load at once, a CSV import beats typing. Go to Settings → Import/Export and download the template that fits what you're adding: Products, Inventory, or Locations. Fill it in and upload.
Validation and preview
Nautilus checks every row before it writes anything. The usual snags are duplicate SKUs, blank required fields, and location codes that don't exist yet. The preview screen shows exactly what will be created or updated and highlights errors in red, so you can correct the file and re-upload before committing.
