Go to Settings → Integrations → ShipStation and paste in your ShipStation API key, which lives under Account → API Settings in ShipStation. Click Connect to finish the link.
With the connection active, every order you pick in Nautilus turns into a shipment in ShipStation. When ShipStation generates a tracking number, it flows back into Nautilus and out to the sales channel the order came from, so the customer sees it without anyone copying it across by hand.
