Open Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks and click Connect. Sign in to QuickBooks Online and give Nautilus permission to read and write inventory data. The handshake takes a minute and only happens once.
After connecting, match your Nautilus products to QuickBooks inventory items. Nautilus auto-matches by SKU wherever it can and leaves the rest for you to confirm. From there, inventory movements post to QuickBooks as journal entries on their own, so your books and your shelves stay in agreement.
